NEEC was first established in 2010 and is devoted to providing the highest quality English language and major European language services in Hong Kong. Our courses are designed to suit your very needs for everyday use, business encounters, academic exams and personal enrichment. We offer English tutorials for adults, teenagers and school children, individually and in small groups. Our dedicated team of qualified native English teachers helps students improve their English proficiency and succeed in their careers and academic pursuance.
